I have something that needs to be photographed but I don’t have a photographer. Can you help me?

How do I arrange a booking or a studio tour?

You can enquire to arrange a booking or studio tour via the contact us page. We will aim to respond to your query within 24-48 hours.

When can I book the studio?

LUMI Studio is open via appointment only, seven days a week. In most cases, we can be reasonably flexible with start and finish times (subject to hire rates) as long as respect is given to our neighbours. If an excessively early start (before 8 am) or late finish (after 9 pm) is required please let us know.

We suggest that you allocate at least 30 minutes at the end of your studio hire for packing up and resetting the space.

What are your studio rules and guidelines?

It is very simple… please treat our studio as if it were your own. The studio needs to be returned to the condition you found it and any excessive rubbish should be placed in the bins out the front or taken away with you.

If any furniture or lighting is moved around please ensure they are put back where they were found. A wide range of cleaning products can be found on the shelves under the stairs at the rear of the studio.

Care should be taken with lighting to ensure nothing is tripped on or knocked over. We would prefer if you go with the whole ‘slow and steady’ theory instead of letting people run around. Our grip trolley (included with your booking) provides sandbags and masking tape to help prevent this.

Full T&Cs will be emailed through with an invoice to lock in your booking. By making payment for the invoice you acknowledge that you agree to these terms.
